The deadline to order stalls is June 20, 2026. All stalls must be purchased through the online portals below. No stalls can be purchased at the event. If you have any questions, issues, cancelations, or changes please contact the Reservation hotline at: 435-671-7431. The Old West staff are not handling any of the stalls so please do not call the Old West or ARHFA office with questions. Stalls do not include shavings.

Indoor Barn – all stalls are for the duration of the Old West Futurity event and are $420/stall. This barn has a limited number of stalls available.

Covered Stalls – all stalls are for the duration of the Old West Futurity event and are $367.50/stall.

Breakaway Covered Stalls – starting June 18-21 are $262.50/stall.

Bedding can be purchased on the Old West Reservation portal when you reserve your stalls. You may also order shavings when you arrive at the fairgrounds. You will pay the fairgrounds directly if you order at the event. Bedding is not included in the price of the stalls. Shavings are $15.75/bag. No outside bedding is allowed.

Feed will not be available through the Wasatch fairgrounds. You will need to make arrangements in Heber City if you need Hay or grain. There is a Tractor Supply, Holmes Hay Pro, and LCL Custom Hay in Heber that you can contact.

There are 70 full hook up spots and over 100 Power and Water hook ups on the facility. All RV reservations must be made through the online Old West Reservation Portal.
