Stall reservations will be available through OpenStalls.com beginning August 10, 2026.

All stalls are for the full duration of the Old West World Championship and are $375 per stall.

Stalls do not include shavings. Availability is limited, and stalls will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis through OpenStalls. Please refer to OpenStalls.com for reservation details and availability.

Shavings may be purchased upon arrival during event check-in. Payment will be made directly to the Amarillo Tri-State Fairgrounds.

No outside bedding is permitted

Shavings are managed directly by the Tri-State Fairgrounds. Old West staff cannot process bedding purchases. Please visit the Main Gate #3 Check-In Station upon arrival for assistance.

Feed will not be available through the Amarillo Tri-State Fairgrounds.

Competitors needing hay or grain should make arrangements with local Amarillo feed suppliers before arriving at the event.

Full Hook-Up and Water/Electric RV spaces are available on the grounds at the Amarillo Tri-State Fairgrounds.

Full Hook-Up: $65 per night
Water and Electric: $50 per night

RV spaces are managed directly by the Tri-State Fairgrounds. RV spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. Old West staff cannot reserve or process RV spaces. Please visit the Main Gate #3 Check-In Station upon arrival for availability and assistance.
