OLD WEST MEDIA ACCESS & COVERAGE POLICY
Professional media coverage plays an important role in documenting and promoting Old West Futurities. To ensure consistent, respectful, and organized coverage, the following media access policy has been established.
This policy applies to all individuals seeking to capture or distribute content at any Old West-produced event, including photographers, videographers, journalists, digital publishers, bloggers, and content creators.
Please Note: Old West Media Passes apply to Futurity events only. Outside cameras and independent media coverage are not permitted inside the Horse Sale. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the integrity and exclusivity of the sale experience.
